Astrology consultations and personalized reports require dedicated time and preparation. For that reason, refunds are handled as per the rules below.

• Consultation Bookings Once a consultation slot is booked and confirmed, it is generally non-refundable. However, we can help with rescheduling if you inform us in advance.
• Kundali PDF Report Kundali PDF reports are personalized digital products. After the report preparation starts, the order is non-refundable. If there is a technical issue in delivery, we will resend it.
• Reschedule Option If you cannot attend, you may request a reschedule by contacting us on WhatsApp. Reschedule depends on slot availability and must be requested before your booked time.
• No-show / Late Joining If you miss your slot or join very late without informing us, the session may be treated as completed and may not be eligible for refund or reschedule.
• Refund Timeline (If Applicable) If a refund is approved (only in rare cases such as duplicate payment), it will be processed back to the original payment method as per payment gateway/bank timelines.
